Refund Policy

• Generation failed? If we could not produce your images for technical reasons, the order is refunded in full automatically, usually within 24 hours. You don't need to do anything.
• Photo declined by the content filter? If the photo couldn't be processed (for example no clear face), you also get a full refund. Intentional violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
• Don't like the result? AI results vary and we can't promise a specific look, so completed orders are generally not refundable. If something clearly went wrong (wrong styles, broken files), email us within 7 days and we'll make it right or refund you.

Refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Contact: support@goosepixel.com (include the link to your results page).
