What we collect
- The photo you upload. We resize it, remove embedded metadata (such as GPS location), and store it only to generate your images.
- Your email address, if you enter one or if you provide it at checkout, so we can send you the link to your results and receipts.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and timestamps, kept in server logs for security, abuse prevention and daily usage limits.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The site sets no cookies for visitors.
How your photo is processed
To generate the stylized images, your photo is sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI image service, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, whose servers are located in mainland China. The provider processes the image to produce the result and, according to its terms, does not use customer inputs to train its models. Generated images are returned to our server in the United States.
Payments
Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects your payment details, billing country and email; we never receive your card number. See Creem's privacy policy for details.
Retention
- Uploaded photos and generated images are deleted automatically after 7 days. You can request earlier deletion by email.
- Order records (order ID, amount, email, timestamps) are kept as long as required for accounting and dispute handling.
- Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors named above (the AI image provider and the payment provider) and with hosting infrastructure (Alibaba Cloud, US West region). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@goosepixel.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is for adults (18+). Do not upload photos of minors. If we learn that a minor's photo was uploaded, we delete it.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
