Common questions

• I closed the page and lost my link. Use Lost your link? to get it emailed to the address you used at checkout, or email us and we'll find it.
• The result doesn't look like me. Try a brighter, front-facing photo with the face filling more of the frame. See Refunds for what we can do.
• Delete my data now. Send us the results link; we delete the photo and images the same day.
